PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic train operation device which automatically corrects actual deceleration of a train and performs stable fixed point stop control even if a value of actual deceleration of the train is deviated from a value of decelerationβi of a preset target deceleration pattern. SOLUTION: The automatic train operation device 1 is provided with a deviation direction-deviation distance calculation means calculating a deviation direction and a deviation distance from a target stop position of an actual stop position of the train after the train stops by fixed point stop control based on information on a pattern of actual travel speed of the train and a deceleration control pattern, and a target deceleration correcting means for automatically correcting target deceleration so that the deviation direction and the deviation distance are corrected.
