PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in security when communicating an information signal such as a data signal. SOLUTION: A communication system is equipped with a transmitter for transmitting an information signal regulating information with a binary status value and a receiving apparatus for receiving the information signal, wherein the transmitter includes a signal generating means for generating an information decoding signal and is configured to transmit the information decoding signal together with the information signal. In the case that a status value of the information signal changes, a status value of the information decoding signal does not change and in the case that the status value of the information signal does not change, the status value of the information decoding signal changes. The receiving apparatus includes an information acquiring means for acquiring the status value of the information signal with a change point of status values in the received information signal and information decoding signal as a reference.
