PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a fuse resistor for protecting an output transistor against an excessive output current is inserted and a protecting circuit which short-circuits the output transistor between its base and emitter when an excessive current is output is provided, however the circuit constitution is complicated and the fuse resistor needs to be replaced. SOLUTION: A voltage output circuit has a resistor disposed between emitters of output transistors 12 and 13 and an output terminal, and a diode is connected between the base of the output transistor and a side where the output terminal of the resistor is connected.
