PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation of collected toner on a scraping board in a cleaning device having the scraping board of toner adhered to a fur brush along a cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The cleaning device 1 for removing toner remaining on an image carrier after transfer is characterized that it includes: a the cleaning blade 11 brought into contact with the image carrier 2; the fur brush 10 arranged on the upstream side than the cleaning blade to the moving direction of the image carrier and provided so as to come into contact with the image carrier; the scraping board 14 of the toner adhered to the fur brush; and a conveyance member 15 of the toner collected by the cleaning blade, the scraping board extends at intervals with the cleaning blade and along the cleaning blade, the tip of the scraping board comes into contact with the fur brush and an opening for passing a collected object is formed on the scraping board.
