PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately absorb the difference of operation characteristics between a P-channel transistor and an N-channel transistor composing a switch circuit. SOLUTION: The driving circuit 30 for driving the switch circuit 20, which supplies a signal to a pixel at a prescribed timing and comprises combination of the P-channel transistor and the N-channel transistor, is provided with: a first buffer circuit 31 connected to a line of a control signal of the P-channel transistor in the switch circuit 20; and a second buffer circuit 32 connected to a line of a control signal of the N-channel transistor in the switch circuit 20. Wherein, either one of the first buffer circuit 31 or the second buffer circuit 32 is functioned in accordance with balance of operation characteristics between the P-channel transistor and the N-channel transistor in the switch circuit 20.
