PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition high in discharge property and/or bioavailability of the medicine and having excellent promotion of healing of wound, allergic and non-allergic inflammation restraining action, immunity restraining action, antibacterial action, anti-tumor action, cytokine induction action, etc. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains a granular polymer carrier and a peptide and/or a pharmaceutically permissible its salt or ester, which is obtained by cultivating an actinomycete, Streptomyces nobilis, extracting the obtained cultivated liquid, its dried residue, or the cultivated fungus by an organic solvent, putting the extract to various chromatography, and recrystallizing the column chromatography fraction containing the object.
