PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect a supporting shaft to support a walk-in lever on a cushion side arm. SOLUTION: An upper rail is provided on a lower rail free to move, an energizing means to energize the upper rail toward the front of a vehicle body is provided, a rail locking means to lock the upper rail against the lower rail and a rail unlocking lever to unlock the rail locking means are provided, a spring hooking member 9 is connected to the inside of a torsion spring on the cushion side arm 2 and the outside of a head end part of an unlocking shaft, a shaft holding part 9c is integrally molded on the spring hooking member 9, a screw 10 is screwed in a nut member 11 connected to the shaft holding part 9c through an insertion hole 9e, the walk-in lever 12 is provided on the screw 10 free to revolve, a pressurizing part 13b to revolve the walk-in lever 12 by pressurizing a part of the walk-in lever 12 in reclining the back side arm 2 forward is provided and the other end of the walk-in lever 12 is connected to the rail unlocking lever.
