PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial precoat aluminum alloy sheet excellent in antimicrobial property and excellent in the durability of the antimicrobial property. SOLUTION: The antibacterial precoat aluminum alloy sheet 1 includes a base plate 2 comprising an aluminum alloy sheet and precoat layers 3 formed on one face or both the faces of the base plate. At least one of the precoat layers 3 contains antimicrobial microbeads 32 constituted by impregnating the microbeads 321 having a particle size of 1 to 50μm with an antimicrobial agent 323 in a base resin 31 comprising an inorganic resin. The content of the antimicrobial microbeads 32 is 0.5 to 5 wt.% based on the 100 wt.% of the dry weight of the whole precoat layer 3. The film thickness of the precoat layers 3 is 1 to 50μm.
