PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with high weathering resistance which does not generate such problems as separation even after exposure for a long time. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is manufactured by laminating at least a picture design pattern layer and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer in this order on a substrate sheet made by using a thermoplastic resin as a main material and added with a weather-resistant stabilizer. Porous calcium carbonate of 2-60 wt.% are added to 100 wt.% of a resin of the substrate, and the transparent thermoplastic resin layer is composed of an acrylic thermoplastic resin as a main material.
