PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truing grinding wheel capable of truing both faces of a grinding part in the grinding wheel simultaneously with high precision. SOLUTION: This truing grinding wheel 41 rotating and coming into contact with the disc-like grinding wheel 31 provided with a chevron-shaped grinding part 31a being a cutting edge and having a chevron-shaped cross section for truing, is constituted by linking and holding a pair of one side face correction grinding wheels 71, 71 provided with a grinding wheel body 74 having a shaft fixing part in a central part and formed into a drum shape and a plurality of correction grinding parts 75 having a correction grinding face 75a extended from an outer peripheral face of the grinding wheel body 74 radially at an angle copying an inclined peripheral face each to cross each inclined grinding face 75a mutually in the axial direction.
