PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by surely confirming the replacement of a tool without depending on an electric method. SOLUTION: A lever 5 is provided with a guide member 16 having a cutout 18 for opening an insertion hole 11 of an operation rod 12 only in a retreat position of a holder 9. A slide groove 22 is formed on the outer periphery of the operation rod 12 for fitting the guide member 16 in a predetermined insertion position to the insertion hole 11 from the cutout 18 and allowing forward sliding of the operation rod 12 along the guide member 16. A locking piece 19 is arranged in the cutout 18 of the guide member 16, and a guide groove 21 is arranged on the operation rod 12 for regulating the forward sliding of the operation rod 12 until the locking piece 19 reaches the slide groove 22 by fitting the locking piece 19 in the inserting-extracting direction of the operation rod 12, respectively, to be formed as a structure capable of inserting and extracting the operation rod 12 only in the retreat position of the holder 9.
