The storage and management of a blood quantitative mixer are facilitated to thereby facilitate the quantitative collection of blood and mixing with a reagent. The blood quantitative mixer comprises a rod (2) including a large-diameter part (21) whose cross section perpendicular to the axis thereof is circular and a small-diameter part (22) having a recessed portion (231) or through-hole (23) opening at its side circumferential surface so as to retain blood a reagent tank having an opening portion (31) fittable to an area of the large-diameter part (21) and having a reagent containing section (33) provided continuously with the opening portion (31) and partitioned by a diaphragm (32).
