PCM ATTACHMENT METHOD AND AUTOMATIC MACHINE THEREOF

Provided is a PCM attachment method and apparatus that can simply attach a PCM (that is selected from interface materials used for heat transfer) to a heat conduction plate and easily remove a release paper. The PCM attachment method includes attaching a PCM to a heat conduction plate, heating and pressurizing the heat conduction plate combined with the PCM, cooling the heat conduction plate combined with the PCM, and removing a release paper from the PCM. Accordingly, the PCM can be easily and automatically attached to the heat conduction plate, thereby improving productivity.
