Construction apparatus and method thereof are provided to have the economical effect as to the cost, the time saving, supply and demand creation etc. Construction apparatus and method thereof comprise a steel frame structure in which lower-part is opened in order to pass through building, a horizontal moving part(200) installed at the steel frame structure and conveying material, the panel(610,630) etc. to the horizontal direction about the iron frame structure, a steel frame vertical moving part(300) installed at the side of the steel frame structure and lifting up and down, and fixing the steel frame.
