<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which determines accurate monitoring lists of neighbor cells with limited computing resources. <P>SOLUTION: A base station receives a message comprising a path list comprising information identifying cells a mobile terminal has moved through, updates at least one monitoring list of information identifying cells according to the contents of the received path list, determines at least one modified path list from the content of the received path list, for the modified path list or each modified path list, determines another base station from the content of the modified path list, and sends the modified path list to the base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
