<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording device for reducing write data quantity necessary for improving the life of a memory, and for efficiently using a memory. <P>SOLUTION: An i-th region Bi for recording the i-th (1 to 3) information and a system region B4 for recording a start address ai and data length Li of the i-th region are secured in a memory. A data recording device retrieves the start address of a data non-recorded part in the j-th region in writing the j-th(j is any of 1 to 3) information.
