PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents transfer device which is universally applicable for various chemical treatment cartridges and to provide a chemical treatment system. SOLUTION: The contents transfer device is provided with a plurality of members 1, 1, ... and a driving means 2 to independently drive the members 1, 1, ... with each other to the up and down direction. The contents can be transferred by a smoother pulsating action besides the similar action to the case using a roller because a plurality of members 1 are independently driven.
