PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double molding and anti-fogging agent film formation method capable of inhibiting occurrence of uneven coating even for the double molding. SOLUTION: The surface case (double molding) 4 is integrally formed by double molding with the see through panel (first molding) 41 composed of the transparent synthetic resin and the frame body (second molding) 42 composed of the opaque synthetic resin, wherein the see through panel 41 which is formed with the anti-fogging agent film 5 is set in the mold, by using the mold with the injection molding, the frame body 42 is formed together with the see through panel 41.
