PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater structure equipped with a connecting terminal and a leading terminal suitable for a panel-type and a long or a bulk heater structure utilizing a carbonaceous heating element, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heater structure has the carbonaceous heating element and a metallic terminal connected thereto. The carbonaceous heating element and the metallic terminal are firmly fixed with a metallic brazing. Further, the heater structure is equipped with a plurality of carbonaceous heating element, the metallic terminal with one end connected to any of the plurality of carbonaceous heating elements and another end connected to any of the plurality of other heating elements, and the metallic terminal with only one end connected to any of plurality of elements.
