PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deterioration of performance with age in an electrochemical element. SOLUTION: The electrolytic solution contains an electrolyte (B) which contains a chemical compound (A) expressed by a formula (1), and a nonaqueous medium (C). It is preferable to use the electrolyte (B) where R1-R3in the formula (1) are alkylene groups to be selected from a group including an ethylene group, a trimethylene group, a tetramethylene group, a pentamethylene group.
