PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of an encoding method. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for combining a plurality of video streams, the system being configured by including: a time stamp adjustment module that generates an adjusted second video stream by adjusting a plurality of time stamps of a second video stream; and a video stream concatenation module, coupled to the time stamp adjustment module, for generating a combined video stream by concatenating the adjusted second video stream to an end of a first video stream.
