PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily keep antenna characteristics even in an open state, and to apply the degree of freedom on design as a general hinge part. SOLUTION: When an incoming wave W is oscillated by an antenna element 55 installed in a portable telephone unit 1 and high frequency currents are induced, one is propagated from a power supply point P11 of the antenna element 55 through endpoints P12 and P13 of a printed circuit board 50, a hinge mechanism 4, a speaker 70a capacitive-coupled with the hinge mechanism 4; endpoints P14 and P15 and P16 of the printed circuit board 80. At the same time, the other is propagated from the power supply point P21 of the antenna element 55 to the endpoints P22 and P23 of the printed circuit board 50, a connector 90a connected to the printed circuit board 50, a coaxial cable 90, a connector 95b connected to the printed circuit board 80, and endpoints P24, P25 and P26.
