PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-vision video file transmission program and a high-vision video file transmission device that have functions less restricted and can easily correct subtitles. SOLUTION: A computer is configured to function as a transmitted item selection panel display means 13a, a transmitted option panel display means 13b, a position adjustment panel display means 13c, a conversion means 13d, a preview display means 13e, a basic operation button display means 13f, and a setting file storage and read-in means 13g so that at least one of input text data and broadcast video, other than high-vision video is made to function in a high-vision video file to be displayed in high-vision video on a primary display 2, by using an operation means 7 and the high-vision video file is saved or transmitted to a secondary display 4.
