PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of measuring APD by constituting the measuring frequency components and desired mode of a band in a simple scale. SOLUTION: An APD measuring device is constituted such that the input signal is converted into digital data by an A/D convertor 100, and the output is separated into a plurality of frequency components in the filter bank of a component detection part 200, a weighted compositing part 500a for compositing while weighting each amplitude of each frequency component with desired amount.
