PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergic therapeutic and/or prophylactic medicine having functions for reducing the binding ability of an allergen with an allergen-specific IgE antibody, and exhibiting allergen-inhibiting effects even on the re-attachment of the allergen in allergic rhinitis, watery eye or the like of pollinosis or the like. SOLUTION: The antiallergic therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent contains an immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody against the pollens of Cryptomeria japonica or Chamaecyparis obtusa in a base. The IgG antibody against the pollens of the Cryptomeria japonica or the Chamaecyparis obtusa reacts with the pollens of the Cryptomeria japonica or the Chamaecyparis obtusa, and the reaction of the pollens of the Cryptomeria japonica or the Chamaecyparis obtusa of the allergen with a pollen-specific IgE antibody can be inhibited.
