PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file capable of adding and removing and needing no binding hole in an object to be filed. SOLUTION: The file has a front plate 21, a back plate 23, and a rear plate 22, and a booklet fixing structure 30 for fixing the booklet 10 in the inside face of the back plate 23. The file has upper and lower fixing members 30 located at both ends in a vertical direction in the inside face of the back plate 23 and engaging members 40 freely detachable to the upper and lower fixing members 30. The engaging members 40 can fix the booklet 10 among the front plate 21, the back plate 23, and the rear plate 22 by being engaged to the structure to be engaged arranged in the backbone 11 of the booklet 10 and the upper and lower fixing members 30.
