PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device for a game machine capable of giving a player a sense of expectancy for winning and continuously enhancing the player's excitement and enjoyment of the play by opening/closing an open/close door as a so-called dummy door while interlocking with a winning door, capable of simplifying and miniaturizing the structure and reducing the energy necessary for the device, and capable of preventing fraudulent acquisition of winning balls; and to provide a game machine using the same. SOLUTION: The winning device 4 includes: a rectangular lower door 10 rotatably disposed around a first rotation axis O1; a rectangular upper door 20 rotatably disposed around a second rotation axis O2 above the lower door; a solenoid 30 for rotating/displacing the lower door 10; and an interlocking mechanism 40 for rotating/displacing the upper door 20 in synchronization with the rotation displacement of the lower door 10 by the solenoid 30. As the lower door 10 is reversibly oscillated/displaced between the closed position and the opened position by the solenoid 30, the upper door 20, following the displacement of the lower door, is reversibly oscillated/displaced between the stored position and the projecting position via the interlocking mechanism 40.
