A photo sensor, a display panel, and a display device having the same are provided to control the thickness of the photo switching element installed on the bottom side of the red and green color filter. An optical sensor comprises a photo switching element and a color filter. A photo switching element(110) is formed on the first substrate(100). A color filter(210) having the red, or green is formed on the second substrate(200) which is in opposite directions to the first substrate it corresponds to the channel section of the photo switching element or the color drawn. The channel section comprises amorphous silicon layer.
