Stabilizing formulation (A) for compositions that contain immunoglobulin G (IgG) comprises a sugar alcohol (I), glycine (II) and a nonionic detergent (III). It effectively stabilizes both liquid and lyophilized IgG compositions. An independent claim is also included for an IgG-containing composition, in liquid form or as lyophilizate, that contains (A).
