(S)-N-STEREOISOMERS OF 7,8-SATURATED-4,5-EPOXY-MORPHINANIUM ANALOGS

Novel (S)-N-stereoisomers of 7,8-saturated-4,5-epoxy-morphinanium analogs are disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the (S)-N-stereoisome rs of 7,8-saturated-4,5-epoxy-morphinanium analogs and methods for their pha rmaceutical uses are also disclosed. Such analogs are disclosed as being use ful in treating, among varying conditions, hypermotility of the gastrointest inal tract.
