<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector which can easily check whether a slider returns correctly. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 1 is provided with a housing 1h forming a concave portion 1a where the card 8 is inserted and a cover 2 covering the concave portion 1a. A slider 4 advances and returns in a parallel direction with an inserting/removing direction of the card 8 and can move in inclination as well. A compression coil spring 5 energizes a force to the card 8 in an ejecting direction. A guiding rod 6 is connected with a cam groove 41 of a heart shape. The slider 4 has a projected piece 47 and the housing 1h is provided with a passage 15 where the projected piece 47 advances and returns, a window 1m which is connected with the passage 15 and is open to an upper surface, and a door 16 which is held rotatable on one side of the window 1m and can open and close the passage 15. The cover 2 has an open mouth so that a visual checking can be done easily whether the slider 4 returns and the projected piece 47 pushes up the door 16 and the window 16 is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
