PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an engine unnecessarily races during re-acceleration after deceleration to produce no feel of smooth acceleration when executing kick-down. SOLUTION: During control in a kick-down mode, in the case of acceleration after fully closing a throttle, a limiting value 400 for a control target value during re-acceleration is set as the control target value not to be over to a Low-side.
