PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roller capable of suppressing such defective image quality that developer is attached to both end parts of a recording medium; to provide a mold for manufacturing the magnet roller; and to provide a developing device using the magnet roller. SOLUTION: The magnet roller 1 includes a conveyance pole S2 of conveying the developer 19 and a development pole S1 of flying the developer 19 conveyed by the S2 conveyance pole. Further, the magnet roller 1 has a development region A<SB>1</SB>as region of contributing development and non-development regions A<SB>2</SB>as region of contributing no development, arranged on both sides of the development region A<SB>1</SB>, which are formed on the conveyance pole S2 and the development pole S1. Magnetic flux density of each non-development region A<SB>2</SB>on the development pole S1 is higher than the magnetic flux density of the development region A<SB>1</SB>on the development pole S1.
