PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wideband antenna which can be installed near a human body and can obtain wideband characteristics without causing degradation in input impedance. SOLUTION: The wideband antenna is characterized in that two planar radiation elements having roughly a right triangle shape are disposed line-symmetrically in relation to one of two sides other than an oblique side, the first radiation element of the two radiation element is disposed at a position moved in parallel to the second radiation element in a direction of the center line of line-symmetry, and the two radiation elements are supplied with power at the prescribed positions of the sides facing each other.
