PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of visualizing a user's photographing intent or context information to a photographed object. SOLUTION: The digital camera includes an image photographing part for photographing a subject including an ambient situation and an object; a user's intent inputting part for performing an operation input for adding a mark related to a user's intent to the object; a situation recognizing part for acquiring data of the user's ambient situation including a photographing means for photographing the user himself/herself; an information processing part for synthesizing a visualized image from an image of the subject including the object, the image of the mark related to the user's intent and data of the user's ambient situation; and an information presenting part for presenting the image expressing photographing intent obtained by synthesized images by the information processing part.
