PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention device which is incorporated in equipment to be monitored, so as to provide a crime preventing function therewith, a monitor device monitoring the crime prevention device, and a crime prevention system using the crime prevention device and the monitor device. SOLUTION: The crime prevention device includes: a general interface for the device to be mounted on the equipment to be monitored; a communication unit which communicates with the external monitor device; a state detecting means of detecting the state of the equipment to be monitored; and a control unit which makes the communication unit transmit emergency notice when the state detected by the state detecting means exceeds a prescribed threshold.
