PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive apparatus, a disk drive system and a disk drive driving method capable of performing stable reading/writing and canceling repeated runout. SOLUTION: In order to generate a cancel signal for canceling a periodic repeated runout signal, a linear system having an impulse response receives the cancel signal to output a position error signal, an inverse matrix module multiplies the position error signal by an inverse matrix to output an intermediate cancel signal, and an impulse integration module integrates at least one sample of the intermediate cancel signal during one or more predetermined periods to output the cancel signal.
