PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve calculation accuracy of transmittance and absorbance of a sample by performing removal correction of an effect of absorption of an atmospheric component in consideration of an effect of atmospheric fluctuation. SOLUTION: A coefficientΔfor removing an effect of fluctuation caused by the atmospheric fluctuation between a sample measuring time and a background measuring time is set, and after setting the coefficientΔtemporarily, removal correction for removing an effect of an unnecessary component is performed relative to a sample spectrum and a background spectrum. Each transmittance error to a reference spectrum is determined respectively, relative to both corrected spectrums, and a value with which the sum of squares becomes minimum is found and determined as the coefficientΔ(S5). A peak pattern showing the transmittance by the unnecessary component is corrected by using the coefficientΔ(S6), and removal correction of the effect of the unnecessary component included in the sample spectrum and the background spectrum is performed by using the corrected peak pattern (S7).
