PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device maintaining an appropriate air fuel ratio by feedback control by heating and controlling an oxygen sensor in an activated temperature zone by a heater without causing damage due to water drops even under conditions that the water drops are formed which has a risk of damaging the oxygen sensor. SOLUTION: A control device 6 controlling an engine provided with the oxygen sensor 55 detecting oxygen concentration in an exhaust system is provided with an ignition control means 62 estimating formation of water near an exhaust valve and correcting ignition timing of a spark plug 43 according to the estimated situation.
