PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room entering/leaving management system capable of detecting changes of the characteristics causing failure of an equipment related to locking and unlocking of a door to predict the occurrence of abnormality. SOLUTION: In this room entering/leaving management system controlling an electric lock 2 for locking and unlocking the door 1 opening and closing an entrance in a division for managing a person's entering/leaving a room by an electric lock control panel 4, a door closing signal is outputted when the door is closed, and a locking signal is outputted when locking of the electric lock is completed. The electric lock control panel has a locking time measuring means 12 for counting a period of time from the time when the door closing signal is received to the time when the locking signal is received every time the door is closed, an average value calculating means 13 for obtaining an average value of locking hours for predetermined number of times, and an abnormality predicting means 14 for predicting the occurrence of abnormality of a section related to locking and unlocking when the average value exceeds a threshold value set in advance.
