PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or a device exhibiting excellent toughness with respect to a noise signal. SOLUTION: A frequency selection step for detecting a noise level in detectors 12, 13 and 16 in a plurality of frequencies is carried out. Next, a measuring frequency in accordance with the noise level detected by the frequency selection step is selected. Accordingly, it is possible to use the frequency having only the slight noise.
