A battery pack is provided to control the change and discharge of a battery pack according to the change of the inner temperature of an electronic device by being equipped with a temperature sensor for sensing the inner temperature of electronic device mounting a battery pack on one side of the battery pack or electronic device. A battery pack(100) comprises a battery part(110); a protection circuit module(120) connected with the battery part; a first temperature sensor(130) for sensing the inner temperature of an electronic device(200) accommodating a battery pack; and an anode terminal and cathode terminal for connecting the electronic device accommodating the battery pack. The protection circuit module comprises a protection circuit controller; a switching element for discharge, operating in response to the over-discharging shut-off signal of the protection circuit controller; a switching element for charge, operating in response to the overcharging shut-off signal of the protection circuit controller; and a second temperature sensor detecting the temperature of the battery part. |
