WIRE SAW CONNECTOR AND DIAMOND WIRE SAW CONNECTED BY THE CONNECTOR

摘要

A wire saw which is provided in order to solve the bond strength of the connection pin connecting both ends of the wire saw and problem of the coupling method. Therefore, it more makes the connection of the wire rope facilitated with improving the bond strength of the connection shank and wire rope. A wire saw connection structures(4) is constructed as follows: a first carrying hole accommodating the end part of the wire rope of the wire saw to the inside is built up; a first wire rope fixation part(411) which becomes the inside with thread machining and fixes the end part of the wire rope; connection shanks(41,42) are integrally formed with this wire rope fixing unit of one including the first shank joint(412) in which the first concatenated pin through-hole is built up; and a second wire rope fixing unit is formed a second carrying hole accommodating the end part of the wire rope of the wire saw to the inside is built up which becomes with thread machining and fixes the end part of the wire rope to the inside.
