<p>Crystal of an organic compound and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to produce a crystal of an organic compound which has excellent volumetric efficiency and little scaling by being rapidly produced from the specific organic compound contained in water. Crystal of an organic compound is represented by the formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), Q1 and Q2 independently show a fluorine atom or C1-C6 perfluoroalkyl and M shows Li, Na, K or Ag. A manufacturing method of the organic compound crystal comprises a colloidal suspension production process for supplying aqueous solution containing the organic compound to an organic solvent which is not mixed with water and does not dissolve the organic compound; and a crystallization process of crystallizing the organic compound by distilling water from the aqueous solution of colloidal suspension with the organic solvent.</p> |
