<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, an image forming apparatus, a developing method and a development processing program in which toner supply amount is accurately controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device drive time (developing time) ΔT is calculated by a developing device drive time acquiring part 54 (step 502), humidity H is acquired from a humidity detection sensor 58 (step 504), a deterioration acceleration factor W corresponding to the acquired humidity H is acquired from an HDD 76 (steps 508 to 512), and a cumulative value K of the usage of developer is calculated (step 514), and further a fluidity index R is calculated (step 516).
