<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which has superior trimming properties and retains transparency, even when stretched. <P>SOLUTION: The optical film is formed from a resin composition comprising an acrylic resin (A), a styrene-based resin (B) and acrylic rubber (C), and the optical film has a haze value of 0.0-0.8.
