<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power and to improve system processing efficiency in a system including a plurality of processors different in type from each other. <P>SOLUTION: An AV application program 101 has two decoding program modules 201, 202. The program module 201 is designed to make an MPU 123 execute moving image decoding processing, and is described by use of an instruction set of the MPU 123. The program module 202 is designed to make a GPU 116 execute moving image decoding processing, and is described by use of an instruction set of the GPU 116.
