<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-shaped body having superior durability capable of precisely protecting a body layer, even when loads act thereon in a rapid and composite fashion. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe-shaped body 10 has a body layer 20, formed by winding a fiber-reinforced prepreg obtained by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a synthetic resin on a mandrel and a reinforcing layer 22 formed on the outside of the body layer. The reinforcing layer 22 is obtained by polymerizing a fiber layer 36d in an axis direction, obtained by parallelling reinforcing fibers in the axis direction, fiber layers 36a and 36c in a diagonal direction obtained by making the reinforcing fibers parallel in diagonal directions with respect to the axis direction and arranging the reinforcing fibers in mutually crossing directions, and a fiber layer 36b in circumferential direction, obtained by making the reinforcing fibers parallel in the circumferential direction, and by winding these fiber layers with a knitted prepreg 36P, obtained by knitting knitting yarns 48 more flexible than the reinforcing fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
