PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of transmitting a PDU (protocol data unit) in a UE (user terminal) of a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: The method includes stages of : receiving reordering PDUs which are a protocol entity and include a PDU sequence wherein the starting PDU has a remainder segment of a segmented PDU at the front end and the final PDU is a complete PDU, forming a complete PDU by connecting the starting PDU and a previously stored PDU segment and transmitting it to a protocol entity of a layer above the protocol entity when the reordering PDUs are a succession of previously stored PDU segments, and transmitting PDUs different from the starting PDU among the reordering PDUs to the higher-layer protocol entity.
