PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good liquid container capable of preventing degrading of connectivity between a liquid outlet part and a liquid supplying part and preventing liquid dripping from the liquid outlet part caused along with size increase of the liquid container. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge has a container body 5 which is attachably/detachably attached to a cartridge attaching part and supplies the ink stored in an ink pack 7 to an ink-jet type recording apparatus, a connecting port 7a which is provided in the ink pack 7 and leads out the ink, the liquid outlet port 9 which is provided in a front wall 5c of the container body 5 and connects the liquid supplying part provided in the cartridge attaching part to the connecting port 7a, and two positioning holes 27 and 28 which regulate movement in the direction along the front wall 5c by being engaged with positioning pins provided at two locations of the cartridge attaching part facing the front wall 5c. The liquid outlet port 9 is provided at a position close to the positioning hole 27 which is one of the two positioning holes 27 and 28 disposed at both ends in the width direction of the front wall 5c.
